Sam Richards of Welsh Cycling will speak on
‘Welsh Cycling’s Participation and Recreational Programs: our plans to support social cycling in Wales’.
Sam will speak on his role within Welsh Cycling, and the diversification of the organisation over recent years, Welsh and British Cycling’s current plans to help network the recreational and social cycling opportunities available across Wales, and how to access the range of resources Welsh Cycling has developed in order to support recreational cycling groups.

BikeAbility Launches Companion Rides
Companion rides are now running every Wednesday from 10am-12noon starting from the BikeAbility site at Dunvant Rugby Club. These are easy adult supported rides for anyone needing a little assistance using specialist and conventional cycles. These are free rides thanks to the ‘Park Lives’ Scheme.
